Yes, we offer sample quantities for evaluation purposes. Sample orders allow you to test product compatibility with your filling equipment and processes before committing to full production quantities. Contact us to arrange samples.

Standard lead times are 2-4 weeks for in-stock items (vials, stoppers, seals) and 8-12 weeks for automation equipment. RTU (Ready-to-Use) products may have slightly longer lead times due to sterilization processing. We maintain safety stock on high-demand SKUs to minimize delays.

All products ship via pharma-specialized cold-chain logistics with temperature monitoring throughout transit. Shipments are tracked end-to-end with real-time visibility. We use validated shipping containers and include temperature data loggers for sensitive products.

We primarily serve the United States market. With operations in San Diego (USA), Taiwan, UAE, and Turkey, we have global sourcing capabilities but focus distribution within the US to maintain regulatory compliance and rapid delivery times.

Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), TSE/BSE free declaration, and sterility validation certificates (for RTU products). Additional documentation such as dimensional inspection reports and USP Type I glass certifications are included as applicable.

We offer both bromobutyl and chlorobutyl rubber stoppers in 13mm and 20mm sizes. All stoppers feature low extractables profiles and are available in RTU (pre-sterilized) configurations. Custom formulations and coatings (FluroTec, Omniflex) are available upon request.
